I do agree with her that professional sites, especially sites that purport to teach grammer, should get punctuation correct. Otherwise, she needs to lay off the entertainment industry (when did they ever get anything right?) and stay off the web. That should take care of all her problems. Maybe we could put this to her very kindly and sadly...
